Chain On Edge System With IR Cure
We’re excited to introduce the new Chain On Edge IR Curing System in our lab: a versatile, production-grade setup built by Binks and featuring an IR cure oven from BGK. Designed for flexibility and performance, this machine can be used for both liquid and powder coating applications, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of testing and development needs.
Parts loaded onto the rotating chain can be turned during both application and curing phases, closely replicating actual line conditions for even the most complex part geometries. Whether you're working with powder or liquid coatings, this system ensures consistent, repeatable results that mirror real production processes.
Adjustable conveyor speeds allow us to fine-tune flash times, cure durations, and overall throughput, enabling accurate simulation of various production rates.
Completely portable and mounted on wheels, the Chain On Edge system can be easily relocated within the lab to accommodate different workflows. Its dual compatibility with powder and liquid coatings makes it a powerful and flexible tool for any finishing process development.
