Apache 2 was designed for those customers who need to impregnate elements with constant shape and small section as laths or match-boards It is equipped with a lateral door that opens completely allowing a fast and effective cleaning of the internal mechanisms. This cleaning operation can be performed thanks to a high-pressure gun connected to the hydraulic circuit of the machine The brushes adjustment can be made without stopping the working cycle. In fact the two mechanical wheels (one for all vertical brushes and one for all horizontal brushes) are located on the external part of the machine frame
Apache 3 was designed for those customers who need to impregnate elements with constant shape and small section as laths or match-boards height max of 5 cm. It is equipped with a lateral door that opens completely allowing a fast and effective cleaning of the internal mechanisms. This cleaning operation can be performed thanks to a high-pressure gun connected to the hydraulic circuit of the machine The brushes adjustment can be made without stopping the working cycle. In fact the two mechanical wheels (one for all vertical brushes and one for all horizontal brushes) are located on the external part of the machine frame.
Apache 5 was designed for those customers who need to impregnate elements with constant shape and section as laths or match-boards height max of 15 cm. It is equipped with a lateral door that opens completely allowing a fast and effective cleaning of the internal mechanisms. This cleaning operation can be performed thanks to a high-pressure gun connected to the hydraulic circuit of the machine. The brushes adjustment can be made without stopping the working cycle. In fact the two mechanical wheels (one for all vertical brushes and one for all horizontal brushes) are located on the external part of the machine frame.
Apache 7 was designed for those customers who need to impregnate elements with constant shape and medium section as planks height max of 32 cm.
Apache 9 was designed for those customers who need to impregnate elements with constant shape and big section as beams height max of 60 cm.
Apache 15 was designed for those customers who need to impregnate elements with constant shape and big section as beams height max of 60 cm. It is equipped with a lateral door that opens completely allowing a fast and effective cleaning of the internal mechanisms. This cleaning operation can be performed thanks to a high-pressure gun connected to the hydraulic circuit of the machine . The brushes adjustment can be made without stopping the working cycle because it is provided with an electric positioning displayed on the machine.
This technology was designed to ensure the perfect coating of sections of wood elements already machined as grooves, holes, tenons and bevel cuts. The beam entering the machine undergoes 3 working cycles:
1 The first stage is one that ensures complete spraying of the primer across the surfaces of the beam
2 The second stage is one that generates primary cleaning of the primer from the piece. In the BRUSH-AIR version it is obtained by means of a forced ventilation circuit that supplies 3 air blades. The excess primer is literally blown away from the beam, also following the machined areas as grooves, holes, tenons and bevel cuts. In the BRUSH-AIR PLUS version the 3 air blades are anticipated by a set of 4 counter rotating brushes for a superb cleaning and spreading of the primer
3 The third stage is the one that generates the finishing. It is obtained by means of a set of 4 or 5 counter rotating brushes that, with their contact with the external surfaces of the wood, mechanically remove any excessive of primer with a super grade of finishing. A photecell device detects the workpiece presence activating the air blades in order to minimize the air consumption.
Apache 19 s designed for those customers who need to impregnate elements with constant shape and big section as beams height max of 90cm. It is equipped with a lateral door that opens completely allowing a fast and effective cleaning of the internal mechanisms. This cleaning operation can be performed thanks to a high-pressure gun connected to the hydraulic circuit of the machine. The brushes adjustment can be made without stopping the working cycle because it is provided with an electric positioning , displayed on the machine.
A new concept of protection of window and door frames has emerged from the new DIN/EN 6800 standard. The old techniques of applying impregnation or primer to assembled windows and frames did not guarantee total protection of the product, sacrificing tenons, spaces and holes for the pins. Thanks to the new Q-BASE coating technology applied to the non-assembled element, it is possible to obtain total coverage of your window and door frame in accordance with the strictest international standards, which is the indispensable characteristic of obtaining any quality certification.
But not only that: The Q-BASE “pass-through” method will guarantee you the most elevated sustainable technology in accordance with the highest environmental impact standards, thanks to its application cycle in a protected environment and the total recycling of the surplus product, which is filtered and reused In continuous cycle.
Through an ingenious high speed air blade system, there is the total elimination of the excess and residual material inside the holes and milling for hinges and seals, leaving only a homogeneous and constant coating on the entire surface of the piece.
Thanks to the innovative conveyor belt transport, the uprights and crossbars of the windows slide into the machine with the only possible slightest contact, compared to traditional roller or disc systems. This gives you the greatest possible finish of the lower part of the piece and an unmatched level of finishing, eliminating almost completely the any marks left by discs or rollers, typical of the previous transport technologies.
Perfect for applying stains and primers to any exterior or rough sawn boards and other substrates. The Apache series machines coat all sides by flooding and brushing the penetrating stains into the substrate. We then use adjustable air knives to blow any stain out of crevices that the brushes cannot hit. Followed by a second set of wiper brushes to leave the perfect amount of stain behind.
Our most popular machine for staining and impregnating rough sawn wood.
Impregnating and rrusticating machine. Available with automated loading / unloading systems for beams and beads, etc.
Stand alone Apache 7 with manual loading/downloading. Average output with 3 mts boards: 8 to 10 pieces per minute....
